365 Captured - Week 4

I'm challenging myself to take a photo a day for 365 days. I will be posting each week. A month in and what I've learned so far: somedays I will have an abundance of images to choose from, and other days I will have only one and "the one" is one I struggle with to be a great photo. But what I really want to get out of this project is the ability to "see, " and to develop my skills to the point where I can be fluid in shooting any subject matter.

Amy and George

Amy and George were married on New Year's Eve and one of the coldest days of the winter. But the cold didn't keep them from making the event warm and cozy. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, these two proclaimed their love. They day was sincere and genuine. I just love all the rich deep colors in these pics. Congrats to these two amazing people and thank you for letting me share in your moment.

A day at the museum

These photos were taken at MASS MOCA. We got to see some amazing work. I highly recommend going and seeing it for yourself. http://massmoca.org/exhibitions/

I love how amazed the kids get when they see art like this. It inspires me.

An amazing space for light and color.
