This was the perfect day… carefree, happy, loving and light-hearted. That attitude transcends thru this couple, thru their newly blended family and thru the love that they share for each another. You can see their warm glow represented in these images. Thank you, Heidi and Lawrence for allowing me to be part of the warmth on this special day.

A Family's Best Friend
My latest family session involves the family’s “best friend".” This cute pup is getting up there in the years and as a family they decided to make this group photoshoot mainly about her. They chose the perfect location, the pups favorite walking spot. Fortunately for me and images I got to create, this family and the location was as lovable as their dog.
I’m sure we got it...
At family photoshoots with young kids, I more often then not end up saying “I’m sure we go it.” And with two young boys running around exploring everything that was the exact sentiment of this shoot. But as crazy as it may feel in the moment, I really do believe that’s when you get the best of families, the truest moments as kids. Like the previous shoot a year ago with this family, “we did get it!”
Time for headshots
We all reach that point in our life and career when it’s time to use a headshot that wasn’t pulled from our FB account 5 or even in some cases 10 years ago, haha. In this one guys case, he really didn’t even have a library of images of himself to choose from. Not everyone jumps at the opportunity to show of their mug and have it posted, but I’d say he did pretty good in front of the camera. Even got a few big smiles in there.
Fresh Family
This post is of one of my most favorite fresh new families to work with to date! The cutest never stopped, which as you can imagine makes my job that much easier. Check em out!
